I always love to get up early and watch the sun rise every one so different but yet each and every one signifies a new day. A chance for a new beginning. A chance to decide how we are going to breathe, worship,live, love, serve, and to be given the option of what we are going to do with the time God had given today. So many times we waste it living in our Worldly ways we miss the real true straight from God kinda thing because we have accepted to live as the world and as a result what we get is artificial unsatisfying things, relationships, and So on. If God holds your best and you choose to live worldly how much are you truly missing out because the voids you are filling aren’t with real things or things that are meant for you. the things that are meant for you God holds them in His hands and in His time he releases them and they flow and are beautiful and there is a peace that passes all understanding. No matter what right now God allows for morning to come in hopes today will be the day you get tired of living half empty and seek the fullness of Who He is and what He has that is just for you! For me! I will choose Christ because in Him is where the real is.
So much more than words
God is my inspiration, He is the one who makes all things possible according to His will, He is the one who is my rock,my refuge, my strength in My time of weakness. He inspires me to see things beyond what they seem, He is the inspiration of my pen and the flow of my words. He is so much more that no words could ever do Him justice.
Pure religion is simple
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. (James 1:27 KJV)
3 main aspects of pure religion
1: your speech is controlled
2 separation from the world
3: selflessness
Obedience should we?
Sometimes you will find your self in places out of obedience to God that you never thought possible or never thought you should be or worthy enough to do but God gives us a choice to weigh obedience against the sacrifice. Sometimes we know what God is calling us to do but we drag our feet because we might have to give up something or shift things around or it would involve time and work. There are a lot of times we miss out on the opportunity to see God work or to minister, to grow, to whatever it is God has planned through obedience. Sacrifice is seen and thought in the natural mind and vision obedience to God is done in the spiritual which effects the natural. God would not ask you or tell you to do something without a purpose. Trust Him use whatever it is as an opportunity for you to grow and if led to minister.
“And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord ? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. (1 Samuel 15:22 KJV)
A form of godliness but no power
I look around and I see people who are suppose to followers of Christ stop fighting for the truth, stop living the truth, stop teaching the truth and embracing the sin, I believe in loving people but I will not embrace the sin that is clearly cut and dry in the scripture as sin. Sin is sin no matter how you attempt to define it no matter who accepts it no matter who lives it. Sin is 2 a : transgression of the law of God
b : a vitiated state of human nature in which the self is estranged from God
I love people and I believe People can change but those who live in society acceptable practiced sin can change you. Take a look around. It can change your thought, your knowledge, judgement, your eternity.
I will b the first to admit I am a sinner and I need the help of God to stay in a God mind set at all times and I sometimes fail but brothers/sisters don’t accept my sin for truth, set me straight.
Today people who proclaim to stand in truth by proclaiming the word of God and proclaiming that “God” is the head of their life but yet beat their spouse, commit adultery, walk out on their families, addicted to….., homosexuality, gossiping, immorality, selfism, and so on is becoming or already acceptable in the eyes of the church,(Not all) and some of those are becoming your leaders. Do not be deceived by what the world has accepted as ok, accepted as the norm, as accepted by culture because eternity And hell can’t both be a choice. True followers of Christ stand for the truth Nd the truth is the Word of God. Don’t back down and don’t be deceived.
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2 Timothy 3:1-7 KJV)
Look in the mirror what do you see?
When most people look into the mirror they tend to see a reflection of their past mixed with their circumstances of today. Sometimes it is a wow life is beautiful and so am I but more times than not the reflection they see is one of past hurts, failures, feeling unloved, out of order, unresolved issues ,disarray, and combined with circumstances of today unworthy to be somebody, depleted of their will to live and sometimes the unwillingness to let others live. Addictions, suicide, murders, prostitution, and so on proves America’s way of life is killing people instead of building them up. Look at the news, turn on the radio, look out your window and tell me the American lives are not slowly fading away. It didn’t happen all at once it happened over time. Slow fade. It is called deception of self and deception of what God created life to be, but the process was gradual most didn’t even realize it happening until they looked in the mirror and the reflection they saw they couldn’t recognize. The truth of God’s word is He is a God of mercy and grace. before you were born He designed a plan for every person who had been brought to life, He has reasons for allowing things to happen in our lives but the one thing people don’t realize during the slow fade God has been replaced with self destruction. We moved God out of our lives because God says he will never leave us or forsake us. When you look in the mirror today don’t see the reflection of your past but see the promise of your today and future. You are beautiful, wonderfully made designed with a purpose in this life on this world. We are more than the choices we make, we are more then past mistakes, we are more than past failures and we are valuable enough to God to know the reflection in the mirror is a one of a Kind masterpiece.
